We process all orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm MST.
Domestic Orders
In general, our U.S. customers typically receive their products 2-6 business days after placing their order. However, since our products are made to order, production may take up to 1-5 business days.
Most of our orders are shipped using USPS First Class mail. If you live in the United States, your order should arrive 2-6 business days after it is shipped.
If you are based in the United States of America and have not received your order after 10 or more business days, please reach out to us at service@newworldviking.com.
International Orders
Our international customers typically receive their products 2-3 weeks after placing their order. However, depending on your location, customs, local weather conditions, and other factors may significantly increase or decrease delivery times.
To allow you to track the progress of your order, all international orders are fully traceable using a tracking service. A notification will be sent to your email upon dispatch of your order along with your tracking number.
Please note that not all shipping providers have full coverage and some may need to hire subcontractors at times to handle their deliveries.
