Do your cases work with wireless charging?

Definitely. We use these cases on our own phones and charge them wirelessly every night!

Are they MagSafe compatible?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. We're looking into adding MagSafe compatibility, but our cases do not currently support MagSafe.

Will these cases actually protect my phone?

Yes! We offer several different types of cases made from a variety of materials, but in our experience, all of our cases should protect your phone from normal wear and tear.

How long will it take for my order to ship out/how long does shipping take?

In general, our products typically arrive 2-6 business days after we receive your order. However, our products are made to order, so please allow up to 1-5 business days for production. Most of our orders are shipped using USPS First Class mail, so your order should arrive 2-6 business days after it is shipped.

Are your wood cases made from real wood?

Yes, the backs of our wood cases are made from real bamboo wood and are made to order for you!

Are your cases heavy?

Not at all! In fact, our cases are quite slim-fitting and weigh less than 2 ounces.

What if they get wet?

All the wood is sealed, so you're all set with water. Still probably not a good idea to go swimming with it, though...

Can I order a custom case?

Love our designs, but we don't offer a case for your style of phone? Have something completely unique in mind? We do custom cases!

What happens if my case is marked as "delivered," but I don't have it? 

We recommend that you contact USPS first with your tracking number and then reach out to our customer service and let us know what they say.

Why haven't I heard back from customer support?

Currently, we are a very small company and we wear a lot of hats. For messages received during business hours, we shoot to respond within a few hours, but if things are particularly busy, it may take us a few days to respond. Multiple emails may extend the wait time for us to get back to you.

What if my phone type is not on the website?

If your phone is not on the website, then unfortunately we don't carry it—either because we just can't find the right phone cases for your phone or they just aren't popular enough for us to have full-time. We may be able to do a custom order, though, so feel free to reach out to us at service@newworldviking.com and ask!

Return/Exchange

Accidentally order the wrong size? If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please reach out to us at service@newworldviking.com.If you need to return or exchange your product for any reason within 30 days of purchase, simply contact us and we'll help you through the process.

I live in the United Kingdom/European Union, why can't I check out?

Unfortunately, we don't get enough business from the UK or EU to justify maintaining an IOSS number, so we can't sell to customers in the European Union or United Kingdom.

If you're based in one of these areas, just message us on Etsy! (IngeniusDesign) Orders placed through Etsy use Etsy's IOSS number, so we can set you up with a custom order there and get you taken care of!
